USI Bath and Plumbing announced that it has outlined a comprehensive organizational realignment to complete the integration of Zurn Industries into U.S. Industries.

USI Bath and Plumbing (NYSE: USI) announced that it has outlined a comprehensive organizational realignment to complete the integration of Zurn Industries into U.S. Industries. The merger occurred in June 1998.

As part of the realignment, the Eljer Plumbingware business, which manufacturers a broad line of bath and kitchen fixtures, including both chinaware and cast-iron products, will become a part of the Jacuzzi Group. Together, Eljer and Jacuzzi will provide products for the kitchen and bath.

The realignment also assigns US Brass businesses to the Zurn Plumbing Products Group. US Brass, a division of Eljer — which was acquired by Zurn in January 1997 — is a manufacturer of faucets, plumbing supplies and flexible plumbing systems. Zurn Plumbing Products Group produces drains, flush valves, faucets, backflow and pressure regulating valves, other fittings and pre-sloped drainage systems. The combined group will now include such plumbing product brands as Valley, AquaSpec, Eastman, Sanitary-Dash, Jonespec, Qest, Wilkins and Zurn.

All offices will be headquartered in Dallas.
