AD member sales reach a record $100 billion in 2025

AD is reporting record results for 2025 in member total company sales, member purchases from AD supplier partners, and net distributions to its Owner-Members.
AD member sales increased 20% to a record $100 billion across the group’s divisions and countries, +6% on a same store basis. Same-store sales by country, in local currency, increased 6% in the U.S., 5% in Canada, and 1% in Mexico.
The bulk of AD’s nonorganic growth was the result of its successful merger with IMARK Electrical. Additionally, AD members acquired 62 companies outside of the group, and 27 members within the group. Purchases by member companies from AD supplier partners grew 34% for the year, 7% on a same store basis.
Distributions to Owner-Members exceeded $1.8 billion.
AD CEO Bill Weisberg said, “2025 was a very strong year for AD and its Owner-Members, marked by record results and incredible growth. 2026 is already on track to be another record year due to our merger with the great companies of The Commonwealth Group (TCG) and positive early indicators in most of our industries.”
