The OneWater Rain system is an advanced, modular water recycling solution that captures and purifies rainwater and HVAC condensate for reuse across a range of non-potable applications, including for irrigation, toilet flushing, cooling tower makeup, and laundry. Individual properties can waste hundreds of thousands of gallons of HVAC condensate annually. The OneWater Rain system captures these largely untapped flows and converts them into recycled water that supports both environmental performance and financial returns.

The OneWater Rain is designed to integrate into both new construction or retrofit projects. The system’s plug-and-play modular architecture minimizes installation time and space requirements, while its AI-enabled operating platform continuously optimizes treatment, storage and reuse in real time for maximum efficiency and reliability.
