Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing expands into Texas with acquisition of Will’s All Pro Plumbing & Air Conditioning

January 13, 2020

Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing, a provider of residential HVAC and plumbing services in the Southwest United States, announced the acquisition of Will’s All Pro Plumbing & Air Conditioning, aTexas-based provider of plumbing and HVAC services.

Located in San Antonio, Will’s All Pro is led by a management team with more than 50 years of combined experience in the plumbing and HVAC industries. With over 15,000 service calls annually, Will’s All Pro has established itself as the go-to provider of dependable plumbing and HVAC services for area residents and businesses. They believe in treating their customers and employees like family, and that every customer deserves a 5-star service.

The acquisition of Will’s All Pro significantly expands Goettl’s footprint in the Southwest. Goettl will continue providing plumbing services under the Will’s All Pro name and will introduce the Goettl Air Conditioning brand to San Antonio and surrounding markets in the first quarter of 2020.

"This acquisition expands our footprint in the Southwest, bringing our services to the San Antonio region, and is the first step in bringing our brand and unique service offerings to Texas," said Goettl CEO Ken Goodrich. "I chose to partner with Will Hawkins and the team at Will’s All Pro when I met them and understood they do things the right way, not the easy way."

"Goettl is providing us a larger playing field to exercise our strongest skillsets," said Hawkins. "The Goettl partnership provides a support system that will facilitate the application of our strengths, innovation and servicing our customers. Our team is excited about the opportunities this brings us."

"Will Hawkins is a proven leader who has built successful companies and will add dynamic expertise to our senior leadership team," added Goodrich. "This partnership will allow him to apply his ideas, focus on servicing our customers and spearhead Goettl’s expansion throughout Texas; continuing our commitment to ‘Goettlize the Nation.’"
