The Harris Products Group, a Lincoln Electric company, announced it is now the exclusive distributor of Worthington Industries air-fuel equipment in the U.S. wholesale channel, and a distributor of Worthington Industries gas cylinders. These products began shipping on January 2, 2019. This agreement broadens Harris’ brazing and plumbing product lines and complements the previously acquired soldering consumables business and certain brazing assets from Worthington Industries earlier this year.

“Adding the Worthington product portfolio allows Harris to better serve wholesalers who benefit from full access to products and expertise from a single-source and highly regarded partner,” said The Harris Products Group President, David Nangle. “We have increased our solder portfolio and are also offering a new range of air-fuel torches. There is no other company in the marketplace providing a more complete portfolio of brazing alloys, solder and torches. Wholesale customers have been overwhelmingly positive to extending their relationships with us, and we look forward to the mutual benefits derived from the Worthington acquisitions and distribution agreement.”

To further support wholesale customers, Harris is presenting point-of-purchase displays for wholesale store locations. “These displays will make it convenient for busy professionals to quickly get the products they need,” Nangle said. “These sets will be fully stocked with brazing alloys, gas equipment including regulators and torches, solders, and air-fuel torches and cylinders.”
