Sanden Water Heaters will be showcasing the Gen 3 SANCO₂ heat pump hot water heater at the upcoming AHR Expo, held in Chicago, IL, January 22-24, 2018.

This split-type water heater system is a 4.5kw capacity air-source heat pump, that utilizes a R744 (CO₂) refrigerant-to-water heat exchanger producing hot water from 130°F up to 175°F, which is then pumped to a stainless steel storage tank for use in the residential, light commercial and multifamily applications.

The heat pump is designed and rated to operate in ambient temperatures below -20°F. This product features outstanding efficiency and the highest first hour rating of any heat pump water heater currently available in North America, stated the company.

Sanden will be at Booth # 7565 in the South Hall at the McCormick Center.
