This year, the program will award $200,000 in scholarships to 40 students across the U.S. and Canada to support trade education.

This year marks the 10th anniversary of the program, which has awarded more than $600,000 to plumbing apprentices across the United States and Canada since its inception.

PHCC's new online application system will make applying easier for apprentices and students and streamline the evaluation process. 

Applications must be submitted by April 1, 2023. Scholarship recipients will be announced on May 16, 2023.

The application deadline for each scholarship is Sept. 30, 2023.

Watts has selected 10 winners of a Backflow Testers of Tomorrow Scholarship in honor of the first annual National Backflow Prevention Day, held on August 16.

The deadline for all submission materials is May 1.

Since its inception, the annual GPDA scholarship program has awarded more than $348,000 to 304 recipients.
