Taco’s popular FloPro factory training program will resume this year, with the first class on April 30 to May 1 to take place at Taco’s Innovation & Development Center in Cranston, R.I.
The 24,037-sq.-ft. educational facility achieved 62 points out of a total of 79 possible points for LEED Gold -- including 8 out of 11 points for optimization of energy performance.
Taco’s Zone Sentry Zone Valve is NSF 61 G-certified and uses microcircuit-based logic to control a gear-driven electronic actuator that drives a ball valve-based body design.

Taco’s FloodBreaker whole-house, adjustable leak detection system monitors all water use in the home and shuts off the main water supply if any of the user-programmed settings are reached.

It operates on 9V DC power supply, with four AA batteries as backup. It also features an audible alarm, a special vacation mode and a push-button reset. It is NSF 61-certified, and is available in 3/4”, 1” and 1 1/4” NPT connection sizes.
