Press-fitting system
Viega MegaPress is the first carbon-steel press fitting system for both gas and water. MegaPress fittings make secure, consistent black-iron pipe connections with no heavy equipment or messy cutting oils. Available in IPS sizes 1/2” to 2”, MegaPress can be utilized with ASTM A52 Schedule 5 to Schedule 40 black-iron pipe for applications including com-pressed air, hydronic heating, fire protection, chilled water, Schedule 40 fuel oil, natural gas and LP gas installations.
