One of the first things we learn in the plumbing profession is the allowable water pressure for a water distribution system. A maximum pressure of 80 psi was beat into my head at an early age. Some area of the country with high-rise buildings will allow up to 100 psi, while in other areas the pressure was lowered to 60 psi in an effort to conserve water.
I had a recent family trip to Denver. Normally when I travel, I rent cars from Hertz. I know the company, it gives me good cars, the staff is quick and efficient, and there are incentives for returning renters. Plus, Hertz has a great reputation.
First, a clarification. You will find the terms “graywater” and “greywater” used to describe the reuse of certain waters. Whether you prefer an “a” or an “e,” it is the same water. It’s dirty but not disgusting.
As electronics continue to become smaller, faster, and more affordable, more and more contractors are investing in fleet-management solutions that help reduce their technicians’ time on the road, improve productivity, save gas, and protect these major assets from misuse or theft.
