Owners of PHCE contracting businesses will meet in New Orleans April 3-5 for Nexstar Network’s annual owners’ meeting, which focuses this year on executive leadership. Attendees will hear from Mark Presgrave, owner of My Plumber Heating and Cooling of Manassas, Va. (PM’s 2011 Best Contractor To Work For), who has grown revenue from $12 million in 2003 to $22 million, expanded his workforce to 145 and now operates a fleet of 68 service trucks.
Keynote speaker Mike Abrashoff took command of the naval war ship USS Benfold and transformed it from the most underperforming to the highest-regarded ship in the Pacific Fleet. He will share his methods for successful change, along with dozens of practical and actionable ideas to turn around teams or move them forward with acceleration.
