State Water Heaters recently awarded Angel Espericueta, a South Texas College student, with an academic scholarship to continue studies in the HVAC and plumbing associate degree program. The scholarship was awarded as part of State’s Hispanic outreach efforts and provides Espericueta with tuition and book assistance. Espericueta is a full-time student and holds a 3.5 grade point average. State plans to offer an annual scholarship to a devoted student in the trades.
