Comfort Systems USA recently bought Madera Mechanical Co., a plumbing, piping, HVAC and fire protection contracting firm based in Tucson, Ariz. Madera Mechanical, under the leadership of Darrell Treu (president/controller) and Kevin Warner (secretary/treasurer), had 2006 revenues of nearly $16 million. The company also has a location in Las Vegas. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Comfort Systems has an existing operation in Phoenix - Tri-City Mechanical.
