Recent staffing changes for EMCOR Group, IAPMO, Nexstar, PAMCA, Plastics Pipe Institute and Quality Service Contractors.

  • EMCOR Group named Mark A. Pompa as executive vice president and chief financial officer. He succeeds Leicle E. Chesser, who has been appointed vice chairman of the company. Chesser will serve as vice chairman until the end of 2006, when he will retire. Prior to his new position, Pompa was the company's senior vice president - chief accounting officer and treasurer; he will continue as treasurer.

  • Lynne Simnick, recently hired as a field representative at IAPMO, has been promoted to director of code support.

  • Elizabeth Cavanaugh joined Nexstar Network® as its director of finance. She will be available to Nexstar members to assist them with any financial concerns in their company.

  • The executive director of the PAMCA in Hawaii, Harry Honda (IAPMO chapter secretary/treasurer), will retire and move to the mainland later this year. His replacement at PAMCA is Gregg Serikaku.

  • The Plastics Pipe Institute, which represents all segments of the polyethylene piping industry, appointed Tony Radoszewski as its executive director. He brings more than 25 years of experience to his new position, including various leadership positions at Phillips 66 Co./Phillips Driscopipe and Advanced Drainage Systems.

  • Quality Service Contractors hired Lawrence Snow as its new QSC business management coach. A 31-year veteran of the industry, Snow has experience converting companies into leaders in their markets. He will provide a variety of services, such as comprehensive business analysis, strategic planning, competitive analysis, program/seminar development and more.

    He replaces Mike Maynard, who resigned to pursue an interest in going back into the contracting side of the HVAC industry.
