Watts Water Technologies recently acquired McCoy Enterprises of Kansas City, Kan., maker of specialty drainage products and pipe-joining systems. McCoy, with annual sales of about $17 million, markets its products under the brand names of Orion, Flowsafe and Laboratory Enterprises.

The company also bought 90 percent of the stock of TEAM Precision Pipe Work Ltd., Ammanford, West Wales, UK, which custom designs and manufactures pipe and hose tubing assemblies for the HVAC OEM market. It has approximately $11 million (US) in sales.
