R.W. Beckett Corp. formed Beckett Additives LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary to market UltraGuard(tm), a heating fuel additive that stabilizes stored fuel, helps protect it from repolymerization and sludge, controls growth of bacteria and reduces tank rust.

Officers of the new company are Kevin A. Beckett, president; and Dean Gray, vice president and general manager, both also with R.W. Beckett. Daniel Reisner will cover the southern New England territory during its start-up phase.
