Mr. Rooter's parent company Dwyer Group Inc. will spend a record $4 million in advertising and marketing for its franchise subsidiaries. TV commercials will be aired nationally throughout the year to promote brand awareness to consumers.

In other news, the Dwyer Group was recently presented the Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics from the Waco, Texas, Better Business Bureau. Winners were judged on a reputation of ethical business practices with customers, suppliers, employees and their community; truth in advertising; and acknowledgment as an ethical leader by peers.
