Spirax-Sarco Inc. (SSI) acquired majority interest in UltraPure Group Ltd., a Florida-based company that manufactures pure steam generators and water stills for the bio-pharmaceutical industry. The company has been renamed Spirax UltraPure LLC, and has joined SSI as a business unit within Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc.
