Attendees of the PHCC Educational Foundation's Essentials of PHC Project Management Course in Lansdowne, Va., learned that pre-planning and a commitment to supporting field labor can significantly reduce wasted time and save money.
Twenty-seven business owners, operations managers, project managers, estimators and superintendents attended the four-day program, which was sponsored by American Standard and Trane Co.
The next course is schedule for June 7-10 in Fort Worth, Texas.
