The merger of StoneL Corp. of Fergus Falls, Minn., with Jamesbury Inc., a Neles Automation Company, joins two leaders in the fields of valve communications and valve automation. The September acquisition grows the companies position in the market of automated quarter turn valves and automated valve monitoring.

Neles Automation specializes in automation and information management solutions, control and automated valves, as well as process sensors and analyzers. Its five operating divisions serve distinct customers worldwide in the chemical and energy industries.
