EMCOR Group Inc. reported 2001 second quarter net income at $11.6 million, an increase of 26.9 percent over net income of $9.2 million in the second quarter of 2000. Revenues for the second quarter of 2001 were $869.5 million, compared to $866.9 million in 2000. Gross profit was $92.7 million, an increase of 8.7 percent over gross profit of $85.3 million in the previous year.
