Danfoss Combines North American Heating Divisions

Danfoss Inc. announced it will combine its North America Heating divisions ― Hydronic Heating and Danfoss Electric Heating ― into one, unified division with headquarters in Toronto, Canada and Baltimore, Md. According to the company, the merger will take advantage of the inherent synergies between the two divisions allowing a full offering of heating products and solutions that will benefit manufacturing reps, distributors and the end user.

Lyle Moroz, current vice president of the Danfoss Electric Heating Division, will be promoted to vice president of the newly combined Heating Division. Morozhas been with Danfoss for four years, and has more than 15 years’ experience in the electrical and construction industry.
