Bruce Carbonari who currently leads the kitchen and bath business for Fortune Brands will assume leadership for the company's home and hardware products business. Under the new executive structure, the company's hardware business - which includes Master Lock and Waterloo, will join the kitchen and bath business - which includes Moen and MasterBrand in reporting to Carbonari.

Carbonari has led the kitchen and bath division of Fortune Brands since 1998. He joined Moen in 1988 and has earned positions of increasing responsibility including Chairman and CEO of Moen - a position he continues to hold.
