Gas appliance manufacturer Grand Hall USA announced that its Eternal Condensing Hybrid water heater has qualified for Energy Star program as the most water and gas efficient water heater on the market. Available in early February 2010, the Eternal Condensing Hybrid is lab-verified at 0.96 EF, which far exceeds federal requirements listed at 0.82 EF.

The water heater has a built-in two-gallon reserve to ensure fast and consistent hot water delivery with no water pressure fluctuations commonly associated with other high-efficiency products, the company says. Its all-stainless-steel construction is durable and recyclable.
