Why be good when you can be great? Don’t settle. Owners of PHCE contracting businesses across the country will set sail for New Orleans April 3-5 for Nexstar Network’s annual owners’ meeting. Typically for members only, Nexstar will open the doors to contractors who want to learn to be great leaders while interacting with peer contractors who will openly share successful business strategies.
Attendees will meet Nexstar members who don’t settle, like Mark Presgrave, owner of My Plumber Heating and Cooling of Manassas, Va. Since 2003, Mark has grown revenue from $12 to $22 million, expanded his workforce to 145 and now operates a fleet of 68 service trucks.
Keynote speaker Mike Abrashoff didn’t settle either. At age 36, Abrashoff took command of the naval war ship USS Benfold and transformed it from the most under-performing to the highest-regarded ship in the Pacific Fleet. Abrashoff will share his methods for successful change, along with dozens of practical and actionable ideas to turn around teams or move them forward with acceleration.
Have a make-or-break execution strategy? International business guru Dan Barnett won’t settle for not having one because he says it’s the core to success. Within his interactive presentation, learn how to achieve vision through forceful execution. Barnett is a regular contributor to CNBC and the Wall Street Journal.
At this Nexstar event, contractors will dive deep into what makes a great leader, participate in hands-on activities to define everyday leadership characteristics, and get a better understanding of how personal leadership style impacts the health and wealth of a business.
