TheWater Quality Associationwill offer a Webinar on Thursday, Oct. 7, 2010 at 11 a.m. EDT/8 a.m. PDT.
“Creating Business From Existing Customers” is an interactive training session designed to review best practices for setting appointments from an existing customer database and what to do once the appointment is set.
Space is limited, and preregistration is required. Preregistration deadline is Oct. 6. Register at www.wqa.org/education.
The cost is $40 per connection for WQA members or $100 per connection for non-members.
The Webinar can be used for group training. In a conference room, set up a laptop with a LCD projector and screen and put the audio on a speaker phone; all for the cost of one connection
