Pete Walker, 63, retired Chemtrol district manager for NIBCO, died Sept. 6, 2008, after an extended illness. He joined the company in 1986 as an industrial sales representative. He was promoted to regional sales manager-Chemtrol in 1989, and promoted to Chemtrol district manager in 2002. Among his sales achievements, Walker was awarded NIBCO’s prestigious 100 Club Award in 2006 for outstanding sales efforts and leadership. He retired in 2007.
