The Plumbing Contractors Association announced Ron Grabski as Green Coordinator for the association. With the objective to promote greater understanding and professional abilities regarding water conservation and green issues, PCA has made Grabski responsible for establishing green training programs and seminars for member contractors in addition to working with the Plumbing Council to notify the public of conservation issues related to plumbing.

Grabski is a 30-year veteran of the plumbing industry with 23 years as a senior executive with Gerber Plumbing Fixtures. Currently a representative of the plumbing industry, he has been quoted concerning 1.6 gpf legislation and production in several plumbing trade publications, including Supply House Times, Reeves Journal, Plumbing and Mechanical, and PM Engineer

Grabski acquired a B.S. in Business from Eastern Illinois University and an MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Business in Chicago. He is also certified to teach Continuing Education Units (CEU’s) in multiple states that require CEU’s for all licensed plumbers.

He was also on the Exhibitor’s Board for ASPE and was chairman of the Fixtures Committee for the Plumbing Manufacturer’s Institute.
