HVAC publisher Thomas Delmar Learning is sponsoring a limited number of grants for the HVAC Excellence Employment Ready Certification (Student Outcome Assessments). Qualifying programs must be located at secondary or postsecondary institutions.

The HVAC Excellence Employment Ready Certification program determines that HVACR students completing coursework are properly trained and ready for employment by validating a student's area-specific retained knowledge. Currently, more than 900 of the estimated 1,400 HVAC programs in the country are set up to offer these programs. Schools participating in this program will have access to a comparitive analysis and view their standings relating to other programs.
