Sloan Valve Co. hired Sherry Davenport as executive director of marketing. She brings proven leadership and progressive experience within the business-to-business market segments where Sloan operates, according to John Aykroyd, vice president of business development. Most recently Davenport was director of product management and marketing at U.S. Cellular.
