OESP: Dave Nelsen Scholarship applications, Oil Heat Cares website

The National Association of Oil & Energy Service Professionals is now accepting applications for the Dave Nelsen Scholarship Program. Each applicant is required to write a 500-word essay and complete an application form.

In other news, the group’s Oil Heat Cares charitable foundation recently launched a new website - www.oilheatcares.com - to further its mission of assisting those in need with the replacement of oil-heating equipment.
