NJ officials stop home heating oil trucks

It seems some New Jersey residents aren’t getting all the heating oil they paid for, so surprise inspections were made Jan 24. Twenty trucks were pulled over and three taken out of service for inaccurate meters. You can read more from the Daily Record here.
