New engineering director for Webstone

Webstone announced that Bill Chapin joined its management team as director of engineering.  Chapin comes to Webstone from his role as product compliance manager/project engineer at Reliance Worldwide (Cash Acme), where he was instrumental in product development and worked closely with OEM customers.  He’s been active in the plumbing industry for many years, served on several committees including the Seal Control Board of the American Society of Sanitary Engineering and two terms on the International Plumbing Code Committee of the International Code Council.
