General Pipe Cleaners’ Gen-Ear LE is a simplified, economical water-leak locator with a strong sound amplifier. The compact amplifier provides noise-free amplification with built-in preset audio filters.

High-performance headphones with noise-cancellation features block out interference from surrounding ambient noise. Probe rods are used for soft surfaces and the magnetic attachment is ideal for above-ground pipe or hydrants. A safety button mutes sudden loud noises when the button is released. Two AA batteries power the system for 20 or more hours.
