Saniflo’s one-piece, wall-hung Sanistar Macerating Toilet System uses 1.1 gal. per flush. Measuring 18” wide and 20 1/2” deep, the self-contained wall-hung unit has no external water tank. In addition to disposing waste from the toilet, the macerator inside also pumps water away from a nearby hand basin. The system uses a 1” copper or plastic discharge pipe to pump effluent 9’ vertically, 100’ horizontally or a combination of both. A vertical run of 3’ is equivalent to a horizontal run of 30’.
