EMCOR Buys Mechanical Services Of Central Florida

EMCOR Group recently purchased Mechanical Services of Central Florida
(MSI), a mechanical services firm based in Orlando, Fla. Terms of the
transaction were not disclosed. MSI employs nearly 350 technical and service
personnel, and provides various mechanical services - 24-hour mobile response
and preventative maintenance, on-site building operations and maintenance
services, plumbing construction and retrofit services. 2008 revenues are
expected to be about $48 million.
