July 5, 2007 - Feds Approve HD Supply Sale

Federal Trade Commission antitrust authorities have approved plans by Home Depot Inc. to sell HD Supply, according to a Reuters report published last Tuesday.

Home Depot announced last month the sale of HD Supply to three private equity firms for $10.3 billion.
