The Service Roundtable released Windshield University, a bimonthly audio training program for plumbing and air-conditioning contractors. Windshield University features two CDs per issue: Disc I highlights several topics from the Service Roundtable’s popular peer-to-peer contractor discussion lists; Disc II contains an interview with a leading industry figure, and an educational topic.
