New York City’s Department of Buildings has stated that 1/8th gallon flush
urinals are authorized to be used in New York City.
The Plumbing Foundation City of New York reports that the city’s Department of Buildings has stated that 1/8th gallon flush urinals are authorized to be used in New York City. The foundation also states that it will expand its public relations campaign educating owners/developers of the economic and environmental benefits of ultra-low flush urinals.
