BrassCraft
announced the departure of Todd
Talbot, president of BrassCraft. Talbot is returning to
California where he will head a business within the industrial and commercial
building industry. Don
Woody, currently president of Liberty Hardware, will
assume the role of president of BrassCraft/Alsons.
Andreas
Nowak will become CEO, Geberit North America/The Chicago Faucet Co.,
later this summer. Nowak is currently managing director of Geberit’s Austrian
sales operations. Current CEO Bill
Christensen will relocate to Geberit’s corporate office
in Switzerland and lead marketing for Geberit.
Timothy
Wadhams became chief executive officer of Masco on July 1, replacing long-time chief
Richard Manoogian.
Manoogian became executive chairman also on July 1. John Sznewajs
will replace Wadhams as vice president and chief financial officer.
The company also appointed Donald DeMarie to executive vice
president. DeMarie will continue many of the duties, but will be responsible
for other division since Alan
Berry, president and chief operating officer, plans to
retire early next year.
Bock
Water Heaters appointed Terrence
Mullen to president/CEO. He succeeds Donna Sheehan, who assumes the role of
director of customer relations.
Fenton
Hord, president of Stock
Building Supply, retired July 31. Joe
Appelmann, senior vice president of operations, took over as
president Aug. 1. Hord has led Stock for the past 20 years as CEO. Appelmann
joined Stock in 1988 and has held senior management positions in finance,
manufacturing and logistics. Previously, he was responsible for Stock’s
operations across the country.
John
Williamson was named president of ITT Residential
and Commercial Water. He succeeds Gretchen McClain, who has
been promoted to president of ITT Fluid Technology Corp. Since July 2005, he
has served as the vice president and director, operational excellence for ITT
Corp. in White Plains, N.Y.
Kohler
Co. recently elected David
Kohler as executive vice president of the company, a
corporate officer responsible for the company’s Kitchen & Bath Group and
Technical Services. Kohler has been president of the Kitchen & Bath Group
since 1999.

Smith Water Products Co. announced four executive
appointments in its domestic and international operations: Kevin Wheeler has been named senior vice
president and general manager of U.S. retail water heaters. He replaces
Robert Trudeau, who
retired May 31 as president of American Water Heater Co. Steve Anderson, currently vice
president-global operations, will assume profit and loss responsibility for all
international operations outside of North America and China, adding to his
current manufacturing and supply chain duties.
Wei-Ding
was named vice president-China. He has been managing director of the company’s
Nanjing operations since 2000. And David
Warren, managing director of the Veldhoven operation,
will assume responsibility for all international sales outside of North America
and China, including the export water heater business. Also, Jane
Sanford has been named vice president-global human resources.
She joined the company in 2003 as manager of human resources and since 2005 has
served as corporate director of human resources.
Pat
Tillisch has been appointed the USA president and general
manager of Spirax Sarco
Inc. He joined the company in 1986 and most recently
served as vice president of sales.
Bradley
Corp. hired Mike
Sipek as chief operating officer. Sipek is also expected
to takeover as chief executive officer when Bill Anderson, current CEO, retires
later this year. Sipek joins the company after serving five years as president
and CEO of Western Industries. Also, Bryan
Mullett was promoted to vice president of operations.
Mullett has been director of operations for Bradley’s restroom fixtures
products.
Sloan
Valve Co. named Steven
Rodgers as the company’s vice president, supply chain
operations.
Caroma
USA hired Kurt Bramstedt
as business development manager for the Southwestern U.S. Prior to joining
Caroma, Bramstedt was doing plumbing and industrial sales and specification in
Southern California and Nevada.

Bruce Carnevale to the position of vice president – sales
and marketing; Frederick D.
Vattimo has been promoted to the new position of
director-corporate advertising; James C.

Lasco
Bathware appointed Shelly
Roberts to regional sales manager of Region 50. After six
years with the company and an extensive background in sales and marketing, she
will now direct sales of the company’s California, Nevada and Arizona
territories.
EASCO Boiler Corp. appointed Eduard
Zimmermann as national sales manager. He joined EASCO in
March 2007 in a production management/facilities expansion role, and will
continue in that capacity as he takes on the national sales manager
duties.

Gaughan has rejoined Watts Water
Technologies Inc. as the Western regional manager,
Automatic Control Valve Group.
