The Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors-National Association is offering a new maintenance agreement program for its members. The CD-based PHCC Maintenance Agreement Program, originally developed by Quality Service Contractors, includes everything contractors need to set up, implement and sell maintenance agreements to their customers -- for example, tips on how to increase cash flow and profitability, establish long-term customer loyalty and lower overhead costs.
