Steamist Sold To RAF

Rutherford, N.J.-based Steamist Co., a maker of steam bath and sauna equipment, has been acquired by RAF Industries of Jenkintown, Pa. Jeff Noll, formerly president and general manager of Grohe, and Jeff Carney, formerly vice president of sales and marketing, have both left Grohe to join Steamist with an ownership position. Noll is the new president of Steamist and Carney is the new vice president of sales and marketing.
