Citing warranty and repair service, ordering process and more, J.D. Power and Associates recently ranked Bradford White Corp. as highest among water heater and boiler manufacturers in satisfying subcontractors. The 2006 HVAC and Water Heater/Boiler Subcontractor Satisfaction StudySM was the first-ever study of this category by J.D. Power and Associates/McGraw-Hill Construction.
