Clockwork Buys Dial One

Consolidation continues as Clockwork Home Services Inc. (formerly VenVest Inc.) acquires Indianapolis-based Dial One, a national heating and cooling service provider. Under terms of the deal, Clockwork is acquiring ownership, rights and trademark uses of the Dial One name, and ownership of Dial One's Indiana facilities and operations.

Dial One currently has 189 employees. Clockwork will integrate Dial One into its subsidiary franchise, One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, and move its operations to central Indiana under the new name, Dial One Hour.
