'Building Green' Goes Mainstream

A new television series on PBS focuses on home improvement with a nod to healthier, more energy-efficient structures. “Building Green” will appear this summer and will follow the building of a state-of-the-art straw bale home in Santa Barbara, Calif. It will include sustainable construction, efficient products, expert advice and design tips for homeowners on how to go green.
