Hajoca Buys Able Distributing

Hajoca Corp. entered into an agreement to acquire certain assets of Able Distributing Co. Able operates plumbing wholesale locations and showrooms in Milwaukee, Wausau and Appleton, Wis., along with locations in Arizona and Las Vegas. Able Distributing will operate as a new region for Hajoca, with Barry Libman, former owner and president, serving as region manager.
