Dexter + Chaney has launched a Mobile Computing application for Service for its ForefrontR Construction Management Software, which connects field techs to the main office in real time. Using a handheld PC, techs cans view service calls scheduled for the day. The customer approval feature allows customers to approve work as soon it's complete.
