Robert Bosch Tool Established

S-B Power Tool Corp. and Vermont American Corporation announced the formation of the Robert Bosch Tool Corp. As of the first of the year, all brands under the former S-B Power Tool and Vermont American corporations — Bosch Power Tools, Skil Power Tools, Dremel, Vermont-American, Primark and Gilmour — are now part of Robert Bosch Tool. Reiner Beutel joins the company as its chairman, president and chief executive officer.
