Franchise Owners Visit Washington

Participants of the International Franchise Association's Fourth Annual Franchise Appreciation Day visited congressional offices in Washington last fall to discuss the role of franchising and small-business owners in the nation's economy. Attendees included eight franchise owners from Mr. Rooter®, a full-service plumbing and draining company for residential and commercial markets.
