Haydon Bought By Senior Management

Haydon Corp., a manufacturer of residential and light commercial baseboard, announced the purchase of the company by its senior management. Fleet Capital Corp. provided the financing. Haydon also announced a relocation to larger facilities in Wayne, N.J., that provide a 30 percent increase in capacity.
